Store has gone downhill since the old manager left. They’re hardly ever open during posted store hours, both the online hours and hours posted on the door. The selections are so weak for 40K. AoS and HH aren’t bad though. If you ask them why they were closed they’ll reply “just check the Facebook page.” Which is never updated.

It's 1120am on a Friday. Sign says to come back at 530 when they close at 5pm. Don't waste your time at this location. Chances are it will be closed during business house.

Came at 3pm on a Tuesday. Sign in the window saying they’ll open back up at 3:30. Came back at 4. Still closed, same sign in window. Whoever runs this place doesn’t care. Thanks for wasting my free time.

Figured this would be a good family activity for my two girls. Staff was extremely helpful in getting us started with a new box set and showing us the ropes, even letting my two girls set up and paint a model. Very happy to come back here if this takes off as a regular family activity.

As everyone else is saying, this place is never open. Oh they have their normal business hours posted, but then you show up and they are “Closed for training” or “out to lunch be back later” and then never are. Just go to Grapevine, it’s so much bigger and better AND OPEN DURING ITS POSTED OPEN HOURS.

Phenomenal store! Staff is very polite and the manager is incredibly helpful and informative. Would heartily recommend this store to any and everybody, especially if you are a new player getting into the hobby or just going to watch a few games. Definite 5-star review and if I could go higher then I gladly would!

I’ve tried going to the location nearly a dozen times during normal hours and they were only actually open twice. Easily the worst Warhammer store in DFW. If you have to go like I did to pickup my Warhammer+ minis check the Facebook page because they post there when they decide not to show up which is frequent.

You can call ahead to check and see if they have the certain models or kits you’re looking for if you feel like it, but honestly you’re missing out if you don’t intend to spend a couple of minutes in store looking. I started a couple of different armies over the course of the last year and I spend the extra bit of money over ordering on Amazon just to enjoy the displays and have my questions answered, sometimes there’s local games going on, there’s paint demos, and monthly models they put out. I’d say I enjoy this place more than reaper, without a doubt
